Before moving in the company answered and returned phone calls. After moving in you could never get someone on the phone. During July our air went out multiple times and we spent days living in a 95 degree unit. When the AC unit was running it was so loud you could not hear the television or be on the phone. The unit was full of bugs and the kitchen sink constantly backed up and maintenance never took care of it. The kicker was after moving out the company sent us a bill with no date saying we had 30 days to pay or be sent to collections. I called about once an hour for a week with no returned calls. Finally got someone on the phone and she said they already sent it in to collections and had no idea how I could take care of the bill or who it was sent to. Club hill was the worst place I ever rented from.
