I have lived in this community for 12 years and over the years have seen many changes and since RAM Management has taken over things are just not the same. It used to be you could call the office with a maintenance request and the guys were at your apartment the same day you called. Now it may take 24 hours or more, though I have seen some improvement. Although the grounds are well-maintained over the past year or so a number of shutters have either fallen off their windows or are hanging crooked and no effort has been made to pick them up or fix them. The management gives you a 30+ page lease and yet when you call the office to tell staff about a problem it seems they are not enforcing some of the items on the lease. For example, people cleaning up after their dogs or people grilling near the building. They will send out an email about the problem, but I rarely if ever see staff out and about following up on a problem. Staff also has to remember that not everyone has email, so any email sent out might not be reaching all of the tenants. While living at Greystone at Inverness has been a great experience overall, since the new management company has taken over it just seems harder to get things done.
