I haven't moved in yet and already not looking forward to it. The leasing agent was nice at first when she called to say I was approved, The next day she sent an email stating the deposit needed to be paid that day because another leasing agent had someone looking at the same apartment. I didn't get the email due to some people can't just check email while working. I got the msg at lunch and called her to say it would not be possible to come that evening and we could come the next day and her response was it may not be available....I said if it's not meant to be we will wait for another apartment to become available. She then became rude and said most people had signed and renewed the 1 bedroom and there would not be one available for a long time.... I felt like I was dealing with a pushy sales person and said oh well.....I then decided that her supervisor should know...I sent a msg and did not hear from him so I called to let him know that his employee needs some training and what happened...He said he was sorry and would look in to it and have another agent call me. The next day I got a call that another apartment was available... I came down and looked at one that they said would be similar to what ours would look like and agreed to it. One thing you should know is we were moving due to the family member we live with has some health issue's and may have to move to assisted living which I had told them. I got the paperwork by email and should have read it better....Be careful and read every part several times...We are not moving for 2 months and I called back a few days later to ask if my family member is not approved for assisted living do I get the deposit back. We should know soon...She said no you do not and was sorry if I misunderstood that....It's like a bad car deal. So what's it going to be like when we move in....Dreading it already....I should have done more research. I did notice most reviews are from 2015, 2016 and one in 2017. Wonder why,...Very frustrated. I will definitely let everyone know how it goes......But so far it's not been a horrible experience...Did I mention the only thing I have been shown is the gym and the pool at the office and 1 bark park.....I feel like an idiot?? I wish I hadn't called the manager back and just left it alone
