The apartment just put random charges on your account. I have never left my trash and they charge me for 50 dollars and refuse to send me proof. And the apartment facilities are trash. They took several months to respond to the work order.

Do not make a mistake to rent an apartment from them as they do not care about your maintenance requests and may deliberately overcharge you with ridiculous bills and claim you haven't made a payment!!

Thank you for your feedback- As part of the greater Atlanta community, unfortunately we are not immune from the insecurity issues. We have implemented several new security measures to address the aforementioned concerns . We have installed a new controlled access system and we are actively recruiting a Dekalb officer to move to the community. We are glad that your washer/dryer is now working properly, but please if you have any outstanding maintenance issues send us an email -We'll make sure to address them.Gift Card- The only letter that we received from your grandmother was addressed to the manager to inquire about the gift card.
