We've lived at the Clarion for about 4 years. The new management company is the greatest, our management requests and the overall appearance and upkeep of the complex has improved dramatically since they took over early this year. Vince, the new maintainance director, responds to our needs within hours. Unfortunately, the last few months do not erase the bad taste in our mouth from the poor treatment we experienced under the previous management. After our original unit flooded due to foundation problems, we were bustled into a unit with ancient appliances and poor insulation. I have no doubt it will be a nice place to live once we leave and the new company can come in and upgrade it. Plus our old unit was very nice for the price, now that the foundation has been fixed. So overall, I'd recommend the place to new tenants, but we won't be staying after our lease is up.

We are very sorry to see that you have experienced bad customer service in the previous year. Please know that we do strive to make everyone's living experience the best!
