We love the community so far. Everyone we have spoken to has been very kind, and we look forward to getting to know more people. Management here has also been very kind and helpful. We have no complaints.

We are thrilled to be living at Acccent Suwanee Creek. Obviously everything is new and clean and we would love to keep it that way. The neighborhood seems safe and is pretty quiet. Looking forward to our time living here at Accent Suwanee Creek!

Everything has been straightforward. The office team at Accent Suwanee Creek are easy to speak to and are helpful anytime I inquire for assistance on a matter. Apartments are well kept overall and I do I see that the management team is active in keeping up with this aspect. As it is a newer complex, it is operational but there are more things they are working to complete and integrate which is great. The property is very clean and the neighbors are very respectful. So far in the few weeks that we've been living hear, we've had an overall great experience. We anticipate this will be the case throughout the time of our lease and look forward to renewing should this continue to be the case in due time.

Nice but noise level from above neighbors
The community is very nice. But, expect to hear EVERY single noise from neighbors above you unless you plan on living on the top floor. They are not intentionally being loud, it's just, in my opinion, poor construction. I have lived in apartments before so I know to expect some muffled noises. But, I can hear every step, drawer and cabinet open/close and even them getting in and out of there bed.

I moved in this apartment this May and it was great. The space and every community is so satisfying for me. I like the way that the staffs work for this apartment and community. I would like to live here next year too!

Lovely community and definitely recommend to others. I've only been here for about half a year but my living experience has been of very high quality and I absolutely plan to renew my lease when the time is up.

Accent Suwanee Creek is a hidden gym in Gwinnett County! The location is convenient to literally everything in North Gwinnett! The community itself is beautiful and brand new which makes it even more perfect! The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful in every way and made the application process, move in and leasing easy as butter. Jessica Lewis is hands down the best leasing agent ever! She is so polite and attentive and makes sure everything gets done! She means business! Any property issues or apartment issues she addresses without hesitation! I couldn't ask for a more profound level of customer service! I am so pleased with my new home!!

Accent Suwanee definitely exceeded my expectations! On the website, it looks like a standard new build apartment complex, but I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the area in person! It is super private, quiet, and lovely.

Accent Suwanee has an amazing staff from the front office to maintenance team!!! They make the residences feel like a true community. They are always doing special events for us, and just make it such a fun community to live in.

So far the experience has been good, the community is pretty quiet and everyone seems very friendly. The only thing I would recommend is having someone keep the stairs/ walking spaces a little bit more clear and clean

I think this community is good and safe, but some buildings are still under construction. So my family didn't decide yet to move here. Anyway this community is so impressive and beautiful place for me. Thank you.

There's a structural noise issue in this community, and I had to move twice (the second time was within the community) because of this issue. They say it meets the government regulation and all that, but honestly I don't think this level of loud noise consistently coming from the ventillation in the hallway 24/7 should be allowed in any residential setting. This blows my mind.

Very nice complex and excellent location The attention of the office staff is very professional and cordial. I think it's a very good alternative to live with quality and comfort in one of the best areas of Atlanta.

Melissa, you were amazing! May God bless you and grant you any wishes in life you desire and bring you to the goals you are now working for. This complex was beautiful overall. Of course we all have our opinions but do not think i left unhappy. I will be in contact with Melissa tomorrow to see where things can go. I look forward to speaking with Britani who i see is the property manager and soak up all this positive feedback from others.

The management staffs are great. Especially Kayla was fantastic for us to do tour and application. The community is peaceful but the rail road is close to the building. The air conditioning (ventilation) system of aisle is loud.

Looking to lease!
We toured last weekend with Kayla during a snow storm!! She was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. We weren’t expecting anyone to be in the office because all other offices were closed for the weather. She was the only one working this day and still took us on a tour. She was very patient and answered all our questions. My wife and I will be leasing here because of Kayla! Also the community is very beautiful, still under construction but coming along nicely.

Melissa is honestly the best. She is so informative and made me feel so comfortable throughout the tour. She answered all my questions and gave me information about things that I would've completely forgotten to ask about. The apartment is a bit out of my budget, but if I was renting just on the tour and how great Melissa was, I would apply in a heart beat.

It has been a few days since I moved in, but the entire process was very pleasant, and the agents went the extra mile to make sure I had everything in order! The property is still under construction, but I have not experienced any disruptions from it so far. There is a railroad that runs in front of my unit, but I personally do not mind the mild noise.

Decent place so far
I have been living in this community for a couple of months now and have learned we are under new management. I stopped by the office to inquire about mailbox keys, and we still have not received them. This has been the most frustrating part of living here, it's difficult having to travel for mail. The location is great, they are still building, gates haven't been finished just yet, but Kayla informed me they are working very hard to get things done. She is very sweet, knowledgeable and listened to me go on and on. Overall nice community and can't wait to see once it's complete!
