I just moved this apartment 3 weeks. I can"t stand for upstairs footsteps sounding heavily . so. I when to leasing office to complain this matter. only they can help me out call people upstairs. and I ask what is the best way to less stress for noise. staff said I have to pay $500.00 transfer fee moved to upstairs. crazy.... this apartment is that too old they sure fix it and rent it why I had pay $500.00 for what????? make me so upset. staff say is my fault get in first floor. bed attitude. I sure never moved this apartment like this....
