The first property management team was far more responsive, friendly, and accommodating. This team seems to be motivated by cutting costs for the owners, increasing costs for residents, not fixing property issues (too many pot-holes in the driveways), and they charge too much money to do simple things I can't do. I've been here a long time, and am disappointed. Better than they used to be, they still run this property in a mediocre manner. Rent increases are ridiculous (8% this year), and they know I live on a fixed-income. Gate-arm breaks a lot and doesn't get fixed for long stretches of time. It needs to close faster, because 3-4 cars can go through when the arm is broken. The incoming gate itself isn't opening wide enough on the right gate. People at the keypad have caught on, and just follow residents through the gate. Can't keep managers; high turn-over rate. Too many instances of having the water shut off as well.
