Overall the experience here as been pretty good. The security gate is often messed up I believe from other residents or guests. They strive to get if fix d quickly but the problems persist sometimes see strange people on the grounds because fence is low.

It's been a wild year, but this apartment complex has been a god-send. Relatively quiet, in the middle of a nice suburb, and, in my view, adapting appropriately to the pandemic. Neighbors are nice, and staff is courteous.

Lots of repairs are needed. Work that was previously done is non professional. Back area landscape is not MAA quality. I've lived in MAA before in Memphis. I thought this would be better living in ATL, for the money it is what it is.

This is the worst place I have ever lived. Make no mistake this place is overpriced! You can get many cheaper and better places. Loud neighbors, frequently broken gate, trash usually overflowing and so many more issues.

Good overall. Landscaping needs to do better with cleaning the common areas. Maintenance is great and always comes quickly, but they need to do a better job cleaning up before they leave. Everyone is always friendly and helpful
