Slow Maintenance. Things used to get fixed within a day not more than 3 days. Now you have to constantly follow up with the leasing office. I don't think it's all maintenance's fault but more of a staffing issue. The leasing office office should just say that and advise the community that there will be a delay.

Thank you very much for your review. I understand waiting for a request to be resolved can be frustrating. Sometimes we have to order a part to resolve an issue, but that certainly should be communicated with the resident. I will ensure we make sure we are better at this going forward.
