I took me awhile to find a nice community, and then poof there it was The Maddox. Friendly people, quiet environment. I would like to take the time to let you know that Derrick is an awesome guy, he answered my questions, my phone calls and guided me every step of the way. If I had to rate him on a scale of 1 to 10, hands down I would give him a 50. Kudos Derrick...
