Unless you want to pay to live a nightmare, steer clear of this place. I moved to Atlanta from Miami in Sep 2012 and was having a hard time finding a nice, yet affordable apartment. As I was about to give up and go back to my hotel, I stumbled across this place. On first sight, I thought, hmmm, I could do this. A good large space for a ridiculously cheap price...well you get exactly what you pay for. When I signed my lease (on the spot, without thinking it through), it was a peaceful and quiet day out. That's what I assumed was the norm. I was sadly mistaken. After about 2 weeks, I noticed the demographic change. It was bottom of the barrel. Hoodlums running around the neigborhood, snotty nose kids, half naked girls parading through the lots, trash everywhere, loud music, just filth! I hated it, I was embarrassed to invite anyone over. My apartment had many problems. My tub would only pour out hot or cold water, no in between. My carpet had not been cleaned. My rail for the staircase was so unsturdy that I slipped and fell. Roaches, insects, you name it, I had it. I complained and complained, but to no avail. They apparently came to bomb the apartment, but nothing changed. The last straw is when I came home from work at midnight to find that my apartment had been broken into and vandalized. The bastards stole my macbook, my imac, my ipad, both of my televisions, all of my jewelry, it was horrible! I immediately broke my lease. They tried to make me pay a fee and I told them without telling them to kiss my black ---! If you are having trouble breaking your lease after your apartment has been broken into, look up "The Implied Warranty of Habitability" and that's all you need. Take my advice: STAY AWAY !!! I now live in a beautiful loft apartment in midtown and it is the best decision I ever made. Please take heed to my post.
