Pros: The gate actually works, although it stays open long enough for 4 or 5 cars to get through. There is green space/playgrounds for kids to play. The unit is spacious (3 bedrooms with approx. 1500 square feet). There are washer and dryer connections. The price is very low. No bugs (so far). If you have a car, it's in a convenient location near Camp Creek.
Cons: The property isn't maintained well. The trash cans were overflowing and there was trash on the street. The parking lots need to be repaved as well as there is significant damage in some areas. The leasing office staff isn't the most helpful and it can take a while for things to get done. The units are obviously older, and the "upgrades" are surface level, at best. There is no overhead lighting in any of the bedrooms or the living room.
I would only recommend this apartment complex if you have very limited options, and need somewhere to live while you save up.
