*THIS REVIEW IS A MUST READ* I will begin by stating that management is very inconsiderate of their tenants. There is one person in particular that is very defiant and condescending. The very day that I received my keys, there was a problem. They continued to give me the incorrect address when it was time for me to get my electricity turned on. That caused me three trips back and forth between the leasing office and the electric company. Luckily, I had a ride that day because I didn't have a car. Now imagine do that on Marta! They didn't want to accept responsibility and blamed it on the electric company, but it was their fault for not knowing the correct address to give me. Secondly, after spending about a week in the apartment, I began to smell a strong odor of dog urine. I practically begged for the carpet to be changed, and eventually it was (only in the living room). But not before I was asked why am I not taking my dog outside (I don't own a dog). "Duh! It was from your previous tenants". It took weeks for me to receive my mailbox key, and for them to fix my locls so that my key would work for the front AND back door. Lastly, I've had a sewage back up on three occasions, and I just moved in January 2018! It took them weeks to get the plumbing repaired, but nothing was done about the possible harmful pathogens that my apartment may be plagued by, other than the carpet cleaning guy extracting the liquids off of the floor, SEVERAL HOURS after the incident(s). I was promised new flooring, but then they changed their minds. I was then told that they could place me in another unit, but again, there was a changing of the minds(I am glad I have that in writing though). I called corporate but the person I spoke with was no better that the ones in the leasing office (being lead by example). Meanwhile..my apartment smells like an unkept gas station's restroom. But thankfully...I AM NO DUMMY!??
