Keep it moving…SERIOUSLY
I lived here for 13 months. It was quiet for the most part except couples would argue from time to time and roaches were a minimum and I didn’t see them all the time. I was paying $1500+ for carpet in my apartment which was crazy. Lots of people in building 2 have door cameras ALL on their apartment doors just to be nosey. Maintenance is very timely and nice, trash never backed up. I would have loved to renew my lease but parking is just the WORSE!! They have way too many handicapped spots in front of building 2 and they will tow you if you park there- Dakoda told me to park around the corner if I have to because they can’t do anything about parking. Just know you will walk very far to get to your unit. But RACHAEL BOYD is the PRIMARY reason I did not renew my lease. She attempted to provide me with a lease violation based off an assumption from my neighbor under me, WHO WAS LOUD AND WRONG but I was never called about it or anything- Rachel just typed up & sent a lease violation about a he say, she say and when it was corrected by me of which never happened and verified- RACHAEL never even called to apologize for her tacky behavior, she just email and said oh the violation has been removed. Manager behavior?? Ok lol I notified them of my notice to vacate before 60 days. When the time comes for me to move, Rachael advises Dakoda to tell me the email from my GMAIL was never received even though it was in my sent folder. How does that even work?? She makes me come down to the leasing office with my 4 month old son and sit in her face and show her the email was sent over 60 days ago JUST TO TELL ME, “oh we never received it, I’m not sure what happened, if it was received it would have went to 10 other people and we can’t honor that” (Mind you my security deposit was $1,475) Google confirmed the email was sent successfully in 5 seconds and STILL, WITHOUT REMORSE SHE IS TELLING ME THEY CANT HONOR THAT AND MY DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED AND I WOULD BE CHARGED THE LEASE TO LEASE AMOUNT WHICH WAS $1,800 AND COULD GET ON A PAYMENT PLAN. Just terrible!!! I was going to GOING to fight that so bad!! So she says “I’ll have to reach out to my property manager Jessica but I’m sure she will say the same thing” but that was fine because EVERYONE HAS A MANAGER ABOVE THEM LOL so I go home and within 2 hours she calls me to tell me that corporate said that the email I sent over 60 days ago was approved by them and proceeded to give me a fake apology saying she was just doing her job….learn better customer service skills PLEASE If you are planning to vacate PLEASE SEND THEM A CERTIFIED LETTER OR SOMETHING WHERE THEY CONFIRM THEY RECEIVED YOUR NOTICE TO VACATE SO THIS ACT OF GREEDINESS DOES NOT HAPPEN TO YOU LIKE IT DID ME!! Response: I’m pretty sure lawfully YOU NEED TO GET BOTH SIDES OF THE STORY, NOT FROM JUST ONE PERSON WHO KNEW NOTHING. To just listen to an accuser and write up a lease violation on someone is insane and unprofessional. DO BETTER!!

It’s overpriced especially for the units that haven’t been updated since 2002. There is an infestation, broken shelves, peeling vents/tubs, damaged sinks and garbage disposals. This is not at all what we expected or saw in the model.

My daughter and I visited Cambridge Faire last weekend (2/17/17) and we were pleasantly pleased with our tour of the property. Jessica, I believe, was the leasing consultant who gave us our tour. She was extremely pleasant and courteous. The unit she showed us, the Mustang, was spacious and cozy. The only thing I might add is that they could probably use a little updating but nothing that would discourage me from leasing here. We visited a total of 3 properties and Cambridge Faire made the top 2; I was even more surprised to receive a follow up call that Sunday to hear how our visit to the property was and to answer any questions I had!! Customer service at its best!!! I am definitely considering making this my new home in the future.

Cambridge Faire has been a great place to live over this past year. I will be sorry to have to leave my apartment to move to another city because it will be difficult to find the same quality and value for my renting dollar. This complex is professionally managed and maintained. In every interaction I have had, both management and maintenance staff members have been friendly and more than ready to help out with any requests. Finally, it's just been a quiet, peaceful place to live where I could could always count on a couple friendly exchanges with neighbors as I walked my dog.

During our brief stay, the mgmt. team has been very helpful. The maintenance staff is great when an issue comes up. They take care of your request right away.

I have lived at Cambridge Faire Apartments for three years and have had an enjoyable experience. The staff is helpful, my apt. location- overlooking the woods is peaceful, and most tenants are quiet. The grounds and buildings are kept clean, attractive, and up to date. I'm 1/2 mile from the interstate as well! We love it!

Walls are thin. Rent is way too high for quality. Appliances are terrible. Dishwasher worthless. Roaches constantly. Gate for entrance is slow so everyone can sneak in. Might as well not have a gate. pool never gets cleaned and kids always take it over with no supervision. Maintenance guys don't know what they're doing. Just bandaid problems to get you to go away. Mold on all windows. Keep raising rent even though none of the specials for resigning lease have been fulfilled. I will be moving after this lease is up.

We needed a temporary apartment for six months. We have lived in single unit housing for many years and were not expecting a great experience in moving to an apartment building. We were very pleasantly surprised by our experience. The apartment itself met our needs, was in good repair and quite comfortable. The staff was great. We did need to call maintenance for a leaky faucet at one point. They responded quickly and had it fixed in no time. The grounds are well maintained and the community is safe. We were very pleased with our experience.

I have lived here at Cambridge Faire for 1 year now, and I dread moving, but due to my job transfer to Newnan, I have to. The staff was very helpful at all times. Sadaai made my moving transition from the city very smoothly. She helped me get to know the area, always kept a smile, and responded to my emails in a timely matter (even though I sent a lot lol). The maintenance staff is outstanding and the office staff always made me feel welcome from day one. I consider Cambridge Faire is my Fairburn home. If you are looking for a well kept community, this is the place for you.

I moved into Cambridge Faire last year and I really love it here. This is my first apartment and I feel really safe here. The staff is amazing. Sade is so helpful and is one of the sweetest people I know. And Alfredo is great with completing my maintenance issues. I know I will be here for a while. I have no reason what so ever to move. If I had to request one thing it would be to get a gate around the entire community. It sucks that we are in the middle of two not so great communities. Jessica and the staff is great with keeping outside traffic out, but a gate would help.

DON'T DO IT! I am grateful I have a roof over my head, but looks are truly deceiving. I feel like I live in a hotel. Third floor neighbors are terribly noisy. Stomping, shouting, dropping stool. I went to stand outside just to find out if I could hear. Oh yes! I could hear the yelling. Terrible construction...it is just the honest truth. Shall I call the law and risk getting my vehicle keyed or maybe even harrassed. It is not worth it. Sometimes you just have to remove yourself from situation. Management and maintenance are nice people, but I guess they don't believe me when I send my complaints. The new neighbors you get just might not be as nice. Apartments are decent, but terrible neighbors above.

I lived here for 2 years and this is much better than would be expected considering the prices are very reasonable. The Staff is great and very friendly & helpful and if there was a maintenence issue, it was handled promptly, efficiently and followed up later. I live alone and traveled alot and I always felt safe about my belongings and Fairburn Police do routine patrols in the property. After relocating to Atlanta from another state, this was the first place I came to and intended to stay a short time and move on but decided to make it my home for 2 years, so if relocating from another state, this is a good place to start.

I have only lived in Cambridge Faire Apartments for a few months, however, I am greatly satisfied by my stay so far. I have had an issue with my neighbors loud music, and as soon as I contacted Jessica about it, she was quick to get it resolved. I moved here from Peachtree Landing and I can 100% say, this is a major upgrade. If you are looking for a nice and comfortable apartment for the right price, plus an awesome staff of people, look no further.

Some good things, some bad things
Cambridge Faire has had its up and downs for me. I love how spacious my apartment is, which was a big reason for me moving here. The apartment staff are really nice and try to be as helpful as possible. It's in a wonderful location. The community and the amenities are nice. The neighbors that I've met have been friendly, and my apartment hasn't been surrounded by loud and rude kids. Outside of my apartment it's quiet for the most part. Inside is a different story however. The apartments are not well insulated at all. I can hear EVERYTHING in the apartment above me. Living underneath someone, I expected to hear some noise, but not like this. This is the first apartment where I can hear every little footstep, bump, alarm clock... I can even hear the neighbor above me going to the bathroom. Not the pipes after they've flushed the toilet (I expected that), but the sound of him actually going to the bathroom. Yuck! So make sure you can get a third floor apartment. To make it even worse, there is a roach problem. It could have been that the neighbors before me were just messy and it's just in my apartment, but that is a big issue for me. The office staff have been nice and send out pest control, but the bugs seem to keep coming back (which makes me think they are not just in my apartment.) So now when I get ready to move, I will have to go through every little thing to make sure I don't take any bugs or anything to my new place. So I'm kind of torn on whether I would recommend this place. When my neighbor isn't home or actually sits down and stops stomping, and the roaches are in hiding, it's great. But some days it just drives me crazy and I'm ready for my lease to be up.I suppose I would as long as you get the top floor apartment and make sure they spray before you move in.

IM SO HAPPYYYYYYYY
If you are checking to see if you should move here the answer is yes. I have been living here since July 2010. I relocated from NYC and was very leary because when I lived in GA years ago I moved into an apartment complex were I was robbed and the grounds always looked dirty. Needless to say I was very very skepitical my 2cnd time around. Cambridge Faire is a dream come true. I have absolutely no compliants, I look forward to renewing my lease in July 2011. My children love it here and when ever I come home and drive into the gates I am overwhelmed with my beautiful community!! I will not be leaving untill I purchase my new home!!!! What a wonderful wonderful community!!!! A for me

2 Thumbs Up
Great place to live! I've been living her for 3 years going on 4 and have no complaints. I use all the amenities but use the gym the most. My neighbors are nice and friendly, I know everyone in my building. The kids seem to have a good time playing football out front, or cooling off at the pool. One thing I really like is that it's right off the exit and you can get to Atlanta in no time. Anyways come be my neighbor.

I've lived at Cambridge Faire for 2 years and havnt had any problems. The grounds are well kept and the fitness center has nice equipment. The office staff are always cheerful and happy to help me. The security gate provides a nice element of security.

Wow, the year i lived there was a magical time, I cant say enough good things about the two hotties working in the front office Mickala and Jessica. They were never too busy to help out with anything any tenant needed, and always very well organized. Any repairs that were required were handled in timely fashion by the extremely knowledgeable and experienced maintenance crew. On one occasion I was late for work and had to change a flat tire in the parking lot and two of the maintenance guys came by to lend a hand. Its nice to know there are still good hearted people like that around. All in all it was an amazing place to live, my only regret is leaving. I would recommend this place to anyone planning to live in the beautiful Fairburn area. Thanks again to the wonderful staff!

I just resigned my lease. They even lowered my rent when I signed my new lease! Super friendly office and staff and we are getting a gated community for no cost to me!

great place to live
I have been here for a year. I just recently resigned my lease for another 13 months. I think Jessica and Mickala in the office are great! They were both very professional and frindly when we moved in and they have stayed that way. As far as crime, there is crime everywhjere. Especially in apartments.

Things have changed everywhere
I enjoyed my stay at Cambridge Faire I was in two apartments due to an issue at the first. The staff that was there when I moved in was extremely nice, professional and helpful. My problem with Cambridge Faire was the neighborhood behind it. The ------ people in houses behind the complex couldn't stop cutting down the hill and talking loud and acting a damn fool in front of my bldg. (I was in 300 and the 500) the playground was tore up and you couldn't get in the pool for all the neighbors from Meadow Glen. I had no issues with my neighbors and the staff, both office and maintenance was awesome. They left in November 04 and everything went downhill. We bought a house and moved on but the complex was declining when we left. You have to realize that living in multi family housing can be a bother because regardless of how loud someone is or how ------ they are if they qualify then they have the right to be there until they are a nuisance. My suggestion is buy a house and move if you can't take what comes with being in an apartment. That's what all the good renters do anyway.

Do not rent here!
I have lived here for 2 years and can't wait to get out. The management staff is horrible, they lie to your face and won't do anything for you. It took me a 6 months of badgering management before I could even get a copy of my lease. The security here is terrible. Kids destroyed the fitness center and now you can only use it during management business hours, gee that's helpful. There are always kids hanging out in the parking lot and breezeways swearing and using offensive language, they seem to drop the n-word every other sentence. Also, I hope you like cars driving by at all hours with their windows open playing extremely loud rap music. As I said in the title, DO NOT RENT HERE unless you like living in the 'hood'.
