The community is well maintained, very clean and the maintenance team is A plus. The walls are thin but I've never been terribly inconvenienced by the noise. My neighbors are all pretty considerate when it comes to noise levels and quiet times. While the office staff is always friendly, they do a terrible job at resolving problems. I recently changed my cell number and they have not been able to get my new phone number connected to the front gate. As a result, I have to drive up to the front gate anytime I need to let in a guest. I can't receive Instacart, Amazon Prime Now or even pizza deliveries without leaving my unit and driving to the front gate to let them in. This has been the case since 9/28/18. Lorrie in the office went as far as to tell me, "I don't know what to tell you." She has made multiple promises to call me with updates but hasn't called once. I always have to go into the front office for information because no one ever answers the phone. As of 11/5/18, I have no idea as to when my phone number will be updated so as we roll into the winter months, I'll have to continue to pack up my 1 year old and drive to the front gate every time I need to let someone in. Totally unacceptable.
