Walden at Oakwood
We're very sorry to hear that your time at Walden at Oakwood has not been enjoyable. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the gas grill not working. No one informed us of this issue and it was not found until our routine inspection was completed that the gauge was malfunctioning reading that the propane tank was full when in fact, it was not. So that part was ordered and repaired as soon as the issue was brought to our attention. The grills are operational now, as well as the new pool future has arrived and been placed out by the pool. Unfortunately, the manufacture of items such as pool furniture has been delayed for some time. In addition, we are continually working with our landscaping company to address any issues and concerns. There have been several areas of dead shrubbery that has already been removed and replaced with new shrubbery. This is a constant struggle for a community of our size and we do our best to rectify it immediately. We understand your frustration and try to maintain the highest standards of service, but itĆ¢ā¬ā¢s clear we fell short in your case.
