I would not recommend anyone living here. Sign a 12 month lease, and somehow leasing thinks it's a 6 months lease after the first year (with some tenants). Plan to have your lease violated every year with a $20.00 rent hike for "improvements" that you will never see. ORANGE CARPET and carpet padding that have never been replaced in the entire 19 years since construction. Mold issues. Expect to be harassed by the owner of the property on a regular basis.<br><br>Rent is supposedly based upon your income, but somehow that doesn't play a deciding role when the rate hike comes yearly.
