Resident 2014 - 2015

7/20/2015

My family and I lived here for a year and loved the space this place provided and how close it was to both mine and my husbands work. It is close to the highway and entertainment as well. It is a diverse neighborhood (which I like) and I feel we got it for a good price. Although we had a decent experience it is still apartment living. You hear doors slamming, people talking and stomping up and down stairs, your neighbors through the walls... the breezeways could have been kept a lot more clean then were are. I use to always smell the neighbors cooking in our apartment and it was overwhelming which I hated. The gate is always broken or malfunctioning, almost no point of it. People who are visiting are always either stealing your turn at the gate or rushing up behind your car to get through. There was a break in next door to us, in two separate apartments, which put a really bad taste in our mouths. Sometimes it is hard to get a hold of someone in the leasing office. Its either they pick up the first time you call or you literally will have to call back multiple times. It isn't a bad place to live it just seems overpriced considering they jumped our rent about 100 dollars when it was time to renew the lease.
