    I have truly enjoyed my time here at Hawthorne. The units are spacious, the grounds are kept nice, and maintenance staff is friendly and professional always. My only criticism would be that there was an issue with pests at one point, but it was finally resolved by an excellent pest control technician. The rent is a little high for a single person like myself, but not moreso than what is typical for Gwinnett county. The cost of living being unmanageable isn't really there fault. It's a symptom of a greater issue in our capitalistic society. Anyway.... it's a great complex, and the only reason I'm moving is so I can get a cheaper place and save for a home. If I'm going to pay $1,400.00 a month it should be a mortgage. My brother built a 4 bedroom two story home for less lol.

      the grounds staffs and maintenance are great people, very helpful and polite, , and ---------- is the absolute best , she is very professional and she knows exactly how to resolve any issue a tenant may have, ---------- knows how to bring people in the other two only makes tenants wants to leave, they dont know how to talk to tenants and they dont listen , a tenant might have a issue that need resolving and instead of listening to the tenant , they told the tenant to leave and even threatened to call the police , all because they made an error where money payment is concern and instead of just admitting that they made a mistake , they threatening to call the police because the tenant is -----,

          This is a great community with great office staff. They respond quickly to requests. The neighborhood is kept very clean. I love the Amazon box service along with trash valet. The amenities are also excellent.

            This has been a great experience! I have mainly interacted with Heather, and she has been only positive and helpful. The location of the complex is fairly convenient, and the maintenance staff is amazing too. The rents are very competitive, the gym is well equipped, the pool and the grill is very well maintained too.

                              Very quiet and nice. Very well up kept except for the dumpster issues at times. Everyone around me seem to be nice and speak whenever they see me. The parking is good as well. The maintenance technicians always speak when they are driving by.

                                I love the community and apartment. The neighbors can be a little loud and messy at times, but that is apartment living. The maintenance staff is super nice and friendly and always quick to respond. The amenities are great and the internet service that is bundled into our rent is so fast and reliable.                                   I was told that the the carpet would be changed/clean if I sign up again in 2018-2019. Besides that, everything seems to be ok. Also being charge for services that was never ever used (valet trash removing). I have some continue issues with master bathroom tub water handle.

                                              Make sure that the previous resident doesn't have access to the apartment complex or your mailbox or is able to receive the Amazon hub notification when you move in. And make sure you lock your car door every afternoon when you get home. I didn't get anything stolen but I found that someone went inside my car looking for money change.

                                                  The bldg 4 has bedbugs and I wasn't notified. I saw pest company downstairs and he mentioned that the unit under you has bedbugs bad and not cleaned at all. I went upstairs and saw several on my son clothes. I went to rent office and no one has reached out to me and it's been 2 days. I asked about corporate and they stated corporate hasn't returned calls. My furniture is new and my new born baby is here.
