While we know parking can be a challenge we are always open to ideas that we can implement in order to improve things. Thank you for updating us on the issue near Building 8. We will inform our courtesy officer of this area which seems to be tighter than others to make sure that only residents are parking here. Dear Resident, We regret to hear that your experience here at The James at Sugarloaf has not been at the level of excellence we strive for on a daily basis. Our maintenance team has been informed of your concerns within your breezeway, and we do have a schedule in place which will allow them to clean the buildings more often. In the meantime, we've placed a work order for them to take care of your building this week. In regards to your vehicle, we understand your frustration with such an unpleasant event. While we don't anticipate this being a reoccurring issue, we do understand the type of impact this can have on those affected. We do encourage a report to be filed with the local police department. This allows them to evaluate areas where they may be inclined to increase patrol and they may also have additional information on items if recovered. We will reach out to you directly so we can gather additional information as we would love to assist where possible.
