Resident 2015 - 2016

6/23/2016

I currently live here. I was excited about moving in because there seem to be a lot of children in the neighborhood (I have three of my own). We moved in during the fall months and once summer hit it was child central. I was so happy...until I heard what they were saying. I'm a military wife and I promise you they have cleaner language than the children in this complex. Another reason we picked this place was because of the pool being so close to the unit we chose. It's been closed since two days after it was opened. My children have been let down by the fact they cannot go swimming where I PAY to have the amenity. The office staff never seems to care what's going on (though they will tell you they have strict policies when you move in and to let them know if there are any violations). Our A/C didn't work the first hot day we tried to use it and when I put in the request for maintenance to fix it (it was a Saturday), they told me I had to wait until Monday because it wasn't 98 degrees outside, so it wasn't an emergency. Open windows for two days during the worst of pollen season sucked for my children with allergies. I wouldn't recommend and I will not be renewing.
