Resident 2012

7/20/2012

Where do I begin, when I first looked at reviews online I saw the drug dealer reviews but the posts were so long ago that I figured maybe those people have moved out. WRONG! When my family viewed the property it was immaculate...lawn well manicured, no noise, no people just hanging out, nice pool, playground for my children, nice units, up to date appliances, nice office staff. I'm sure most of you that have viewed the property is thinking some of the same things. TAKE A LOOK AT THIS PLACE AT NIGHT (AFTER 6PM/WEEKENDS). The only time my child has gone outside to play; witnessed another child being struck in the head with a pretty big rock by another child. My family has been awaken at 2 am by police sirens blaring through the neighborhood and these cars with very loud mufflers it's kind of hard to sleep at night. There are a lot of young men that loiter around various areas of the community especially the playground, so you don't know if they are child predators or if they are watching your apartment to possible rob you. It's make me feel very uneasy about being home at night. The leasing office staff does not care about your complaints as long as your rent is paid they could care less the safety of the residents that live here. They may seem genuine in the beginning but that is to only get your business and security deposit so they will keep it at the end of your lease. If you have a nice loving family I would not recommend moving here but if you don't mind disrespectful children, overcrowded amenities, rude office staff, and bugs in your apartment then THIS IS YOUR PLACE! I will end on this note...the other night around 11PM I witnessed a man pull up next to my car, get out and walk over to my car and look inside my car. He then noticed that I had looked out of the window in the living room and he got back into his car and drove off. I have reported this to the front office and I have not received a call back from them.
