Resident • 2014 - 2020
We have been living here since 2014 and for the most part, just like any other older community we have had our fair share of issues but the maintenance/management takes care of them pretty quickly however these past few weeks, our A/C isn't working and multiple calls/requests for getting it fixed goes unattended, specially when I keep mentioning I have a 2 year old and 2 older pets who needs the apartment cool. It's getting to almost 80 degrees inside the apartment but still no fix from the maintenance since Oct 7th 2020. I stopped by the front office just earlier today and spoke to maintenance manager and he said he's the only guy taking care and doesn't have time. And that he needs to take care of a flooded apartment which I understand is a priority but this is totally unfair and unacceptable when my 2 year old baby is suffering with the heat for weeks now. I'm really hoping I could get a response from the apartment via this post and get my issue resolved soon. I will post a feedback based on the response and fix for my issue.
