Most of the staff is very pleasant and very few has an nasty attitude, customer service skills are horrible. Don't communicate well with the occupants. I've asked for corporate number and no one never got back with me nor gave me the number

It's been a great experience living in this community. Although management has changed, service is still good. Only downfall is parking. They really need numbered parking spaces so we won't have to park away from our building. Overall, they get a B+.
