Only great when no request or complaint needs addressing. Had mold in apartment after a flood and the 'we don't really care' attitude could be felt from property manager down to resident services. I understand we are human, I just wish the apartment really saw the severity of certain complaints and not just dollars. Would have been a more willing repeat customer, were it not for the handling of a flood complaint.
