I'm ok with my community. But for the price I pay, I feel the apartments should be better. Every month, it seems like a new bill pops up on my account. I've being charged for things monthly that wasn't written on my lease. If I dont use that particuliar service that month, then I shouldn't have to pay for it.The bugs are an issue, but if your neighbor is a hoarder or even unclean, that is something you are going to get. The manager should do random inspections of people homes, and if they are unclean, then their lease needs to be terminated. I shouldn't have to deal with other peoples uncleanliness. Now about the Trellis Team. I feel that the staff are fairly decent people, but that manager Mia is very rude. She doesn't have a friendly bone in her body. She doesn't seem to want to help the residents in this community. I have been here a few years and I have encountered several managers. All of the previous managers were helpful and seem to be concerned about the residents and the community. But Mia is very unapproachable and can be very argumentative. The assistant manager Latrelle is very kind, and more approachable. I hate to have to deal with Mia, cause she always seem to have an attitude. The maintenance staff are exceptional. Always there to lead a helping hand. All in all this community is alright. Its not perfect, but it could get better if the community manager was a bit nicer to people.
