My experience has not been good at all. Management does not care to help solve problems. There is a lack of customer service skills. I would suggest classes to help improve the customer service skills of the property managers that have been assigned.

The grounds are always clean. Maintenance always completes requested tickets in a timely manner. The community is very quiet community. The staff in the leasing office always greet you with a professional and warm attitude.
