The front/leasing office is unprofessional and unhelpful to say the least. Just to get maintenance to come out and do the bare minmum is a task. I would not recommend this apartment. Also, the lease renewal offer I received was 400 more per year. Which is pretty much unheard of to go up that much in one years time. Beware!

The community appliances are old. For the price they charge things should be upgraded. Also the bug problem. Is ridiculous. And the flooring the bathrooms is not good. The community needs upgrades and better pest control.
