My experience was pleasant. The office staff were first class . They were very helpful and supportive. They took care of things needed in a timely fashion. They seemed to care about the residents. I especially want to compliment and thank Shani. I have one complaint. Please vet your maintenance people. One of them, who is no longer there, used his key to get into my apartment when I was away for a few days and stole thousands of dollars of my belongings. Thank God I had insurance but there were some things that could not be replaced.
