Not a terrible place, but they need to be quicker about maintenance requests, and someone should be near the phone during business hours, because they rarely answer the phone. It took me going to the office to get one of my work orders fulfilled, and that was only because Billy Eliassaint was there, whom is the best Leasing Consultant in that office so far. Monday we got an email regarding testing the HVAC system, and in the email it said during the test if the air is not blowing cold air or working at all, call or submit a work order. I called several times and no one answered. So I put in a work order. Keep in mind this was Monday when I did this. It is now Saturday and it's a hot Saturday at that and no one has came to fix the a/c. Rewind back to Tuesday, I did stop by the office to tell them about the a/c and of course since Billy wasn't on duty at the time the matter wasn't handled immediately like it would if he was there. I currently have 3 work orders for this situation, 2 from me, and one from the office. I'm not sure who is in charge of supervising work orders, but these work orders should be priority and done promptly, especially if it has to do with HVAC.
