When I first moved into this community, the salesperson, Oscar was extremely ecstatic to show me the home. It's a nice community on the outside. The parking situation is decent. Designated parking spaces for residents and visitors would be nice. There are a lot of vans with ladders which take up A LOT of space, and they generally park in the front. Also, the pool is barely open. It looked nice for a newly renovated apartment. Oscar told me there wasn't a big bug issue (I stay on the top level) but that clearly was not the case. 3 months after moving in, I started noticing roaches in my apartment (the ones I could see...at that). I called them several times and they had someone come out and "spray". In addition, I bought my own spray and roach traps to eliminate the issue. It is absolutely disgusting to wake up to baby roaches...MULTIPLE baby roaches in one day. I vacuum and clean my apartment often. I have even seen a roach in my bathroom and room which is even more filthy because I am sleeping in that environment. On top of that, when I spoke to Oscar to message corporate, he tried his best to get me to not do that, but I honestly don't care anymore. They probably won't care either...everyone just wants their money at the end of the day. *the roach pictures below are only a FRACTION of the roaches I am able to take pictures of...sometimes I don't have the time or energy to document every single roach, but BEWARE..there are more My opinion: Spend a little extra on rent for the apartment or spend A LOT out of your pocket for pest control.
