We're sorry you've not had a great living experience in our community so far, and we'd love this opportunity to address some the concerns mentioned in your review. I'm happy to share with you that our swimming pools are open year round between the times of 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM. We will also be hosting a Pool Party in May 2019, to welcome the summer, so keep look out for the invite. Hi, Please accept our apologies for the unfavorable experiences you are having at Canopy Apartments. We appreciate knowing what we're doing well and where we can improve. Unfortunately, our prices are based on the market rates of similar units in the area which have been on the rise. We are doing our best to continue to improve the community to provide you the best value for the price however. We are actively working on your concerns and certainly appreciate your patience. Regarding your concerns about soliciting, we are actively working with calling businesses and letting them know that there is no soliciting at our property. Our patios do not come with screens, our apartments do not include garbage disposals, and there is not lighting in the closets. However, I can certainly have one of our experienced technicians and let them take look at your bedroom and see why it feels drafty. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Hi Verified Resident, We are very happy to have provided you with such positive experiences during the time that you have been with us! Although you may have felt that our staff wasn't as attentive as normal with dealing with your heating issue, they were correct in explaining to you that we take service requests and complete them in the order in which they are received. The service team wanted to make sure that you had heat over the weekend by providing you with emergency heat due to the fact that your outside unit was frozen up and had to have some time to thaw out. We would love to be able to take care of issues right away, but in some cases because of the nature of the problem we are unable to. I sincerely apologize about the cover not being installed back properly and will inform the service team to double check this in the future. We are very happy to have you as a valued resident and hope that we can continue providing you with the excellent service you have received in the past.
