I live in a one bed and one bath (what they consider "upgraded" apartment) I've been here roughly 5 months now, it is by no means an upgraded apartment. Let me list the ongoing reported issues: 1) Cockroach infestation @ a mandatory 5$ charge per month (pest control) 2) garbage everywhere @ a mandatory 10$ per month 3) A pool that has been closed 3/4 of the summer with no maintenance schedule made available (just guess if it's closed) Black mold in apartment due to water leaking from just about everywhere 4) sink in bath with slow/no drain 5) Appliances that may or may not work but never level 6) Laundromat that may of may not take your money without an option for refund 7) Doors that have so many coats of paint on them that they cannot close 8) Vinyl floorings with holes and tears in them 9) Central Air that does not cool, noisy, full of mold and not proper condensate drain, floods room 10) Patio door that won't open because of the water damage from the gutters that aren't cleaned 11) paint overspray everywhere 12) loose carpeting 13) faulty electrical (light fell out of ceiling and tripped breaker) I can go on and on about how I wouldn't recommend this complex to a working person (section 8? No one cares, right?) Rent is high, service and quality is extremely low. Bottom line, not a good value for your money. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, you shouldn't have to live in a stressful environment.
