My experience so far has not been a good one because one thing I specified to the leasing agent was that I don't do bugs and that's exactly what I'm dealing with, along with appliances that don't work. I will give them a chance to get these issues corrected but I have no problem with breaking a lease and moving on. The extra cost to move will be worth it.
