I have been looking for a new apartment to move to since I will be leaving my current apartment complex. I searched for a few weeks and visited Veranda Estates. I have been impressed with the level of service and care I have been treated by Rosa Valencia. She has shown us apartments and I was sold on Veranda Estates being my new home. So we put in an application and have been accepted to move in March 8th to an apartment. However it was a third floor apartment and we really wanted Ground Floor or Terrace. We waited a short amount of time and a Terrace level apartment opened up. We went in and within 30 minutes she had us switched to the new apartment and all the paperwork taken care of, as well as we will be moving in even earlier. I have met many people in our search for an apartment but the level of service I have gotten from Rosa is exceptional and well beyond what I have gotten anywhere else. I look forward to my new home and the continued superior service from Rosa at my new home Veranda Estates.
