The overall move in experience wasn't very great. Rosa is wonderful, but she is the only person ever in the office and seems like she could definitely use some help. A lot of issues have been blamed on the fact that the maintenance manager left the company so everything is falling on the one maintenance person who lives on site (he is amazing, but clearly more than 2 maintenance people are needed & it would be smart to hire 3rd party companies/help while trying to find a replacement instead of expecting one person to do it all). The apartment was still being cleaned/finished up on move in day, with many things never actually being completed (needed a lot of deep cleaning and some cosmetic fixes that were supposed to be completed). In addition to our actual apartment needing more attention, the breezeways are a mess (tons of cobwebs/spiders - multiple spiders living in the corners of the apartment doorway, trash/litter, unwanted furniture, etc.) and the general condition of the property is pretty disappointing (litter/trash, light poles that don't work, disgusting pet waste bins, tennis court is unusable, etc.). We also did not receive any access FOBs because the gate is broken (have yet to receive them and was told that the gate company has to fix the gate first, which means no access to the amenities that would require a FOB). So far it seems like general maintenance/upkeep is ignored and issues that require 3rd party companies/vendors don't get completed.
