Lived here for a few years and I still love it. Management is great at addressing concerns or issues, maintenance guys are usually quick to respond to service calls, even after hours!
You can't beat the location, being right off of Holcomb Bridge Rd. Close to all the stores, the mall is just an exit up and you're less than a mile from the river. Walking trails lead to the East Roswell Park and there's dog stations All over the place to help with curbing your dog. They even provide little baggies.
There's a great pool area and gym, which is located below the office. Continental breakfasts are offered in the office on some weekends, and they also keep a modest library of DVDs available for borrowing. During the winter, Santa came to visit and residents were treated to free pictures with him and their kids or dogs!
This is the first apartment community where I wasn't treated like some burden the managers had to put up with. The landscaping is maintained, the place is clean and the people are friendly, except for the one crazy guy with the loose dogs, but people have complained about him enough.
My advice is to go to the apartment - any apartment you're looking at getting - and asking a resident what THEY think of the place. Don't just rely on some internet site where people only come to vent.
