We've only been here less than one year. From the start, maintenance has struggled to fulfill requests in a timely manner and the front office typically gives us the run-around when asked about maintenance expectations.

Maintenance does not do their job and the leasing office never answers the phone unless you call over 3 times back to back. They also do not respond to emails! Even if you have an emergency request, maintenance will not come.
