SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

We share your concern about this incident and are fully cooperating with local authorities. We have turned over all camera footage to them in hopes they can identify the people who committed these acts. Our team has since begun adding security measures to further ensure our residents' comfort here. We do have a security team as well as a dedicated officer doing patrols throughout our community. With regard to the parking gate, a gate was not incorporated in the original building design, but we will certainly pass along your recommendation. And while courtesy patrol doesn't monitor the gate area round-the-clock, please know you can always reach out to our team with any concerns, and we encourage residents to alert the authorities, if necessary. Of note, a Sandy Springs Police officer resides in the building and residents can reach out to the officer by calling the main office number. Our community aims to be equally friendly to pet-owning residents as well as non-pet-owners, and we apologize if you've experienced anything otherwise. We do have a doggy DNA program that allows us to track who does not pick up after their pets, and we address it on an individual basis. The same goes for any noise complaints -- while regular apartment noise is to be expected, we're happy to investigate anything that transcends that threshold. We regret any negative interactions you've had with any of our team members, and we'd welcome the opportunity to talk through any specifics and properly address the matter. Lastly, please know that we aim to respond to all reviews in a thorough manner and intend to reach out to the residents directly, but oftentimes reviews are posted under aliases, so we have no means to do so. Hey there, redrobin27. Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback, both positive and negative. Naturally, we want your entire experience to tilt to the positive side, and we'd welcome the opportunity to speak with you in person and address any and all concerns. To touch on a few of them here: Please report any dog-related noise complaints to our courtesy officer so we can contact the home and address it. With regard to entering homes, we give at least 24 hours of notice, and we apologize for the recent frequency. This was due to city mandatory fire and dryer-vent inspections and a separate city inspection to ensure we are in compliance. We'd also be happy to replace your weather stripping if you submit a service request, and for any bug- or pest-related concerns, Arrow Pest Control visits the community every Friday, let us know and we can put you down for them to treat should you have any unwelcome pests. Lastly, circuit breakers are designed to carry only so much load per code, but please alert us if you're experiencing consistent issues and we'll have installing electrician take a look and correct the issue. We apologize for the negative experience and would be happy to meet in person to talk through any and all concerns. Your experience here is important to us and we want to make sure it's a good one. To clarify, our community is wheelchair accessible with entrances on every level. Indeed, the second-floor door had been a bit tight due to wear and tear, however our team was able to restore regular access several weeks back. That being said, we ask residents to alert our team if any of the wheelchair-friendly areas need attention. With regard to smoking, we ask that residents and team members exit the building to do so.
