Our story with Linq at North Springs started 3 1/2 months ago when we fell in love with the place while touring. Yeah, I cannot deny the common space seems beautiful, but don't get fooled. The very first day we moved in, I started vacuuming with our brand new machine and you cannot imagine what got stuck in it - nasty white dust (tones of it), hair, even some pins from the WIC carpet. That was supposed to be a luxury apartment complex, after all we are paying crazy rent for that. I was willing to let that go and not share it publicly, until the very recent events. 58 cars got broken into a few nights ago (ours as well) at the parking lot of the building. Yeah, as Madison (the manager) said crime can happen everywhere, but not being able to take adequate measures to ensure your residents safety, that's not ok. Temporary patrol (only for the next 3-4 weeks, then a "nested" gate (that's something which might not happen at all). The problem with that situation is it happened before, promises were made, nothing was done. So basically, they are getting our money, crazy rent fees and they are doing only the minimum so that they can shut us up. If I could turn back time, I wouldn't choose Linq - I don't feel safe here, management is inadequate and I simply cannot believe how they are trying to "fix" the issues. https:// P.S. We are paying parking lot fee - $20. During COVID lockdown we kept paying $20 for amenities we were not allowed to use (at least they could've had the decency not to charge us for that). Not to mention the cleanliness issue - cockroaches, white tissues everywhere, nasty carpet in the hallway. I will be happy to provide pictures if somebody wants to see those.

We share your concern about this incident and are fully cooperating with local authorities. We have turned over all camera footage to them in hopes they can identify the people who committed these acts. Our team has since begun adding security measures to further ensure our residents' comfort here. We do have a security team as well as a dedicated officer doing patrols throughout our community.
