Pros: Amenity, good location, free onsite EV chargers, nice staffs (although nice doesn mean competant) Cons: Fetch (useless service, only adding 1 day delay to any delivery) staffs rarely reply to emails..just call. 24/7 emergency courtesy officer is not responsive at all.

    Pros: Nice place to live and very helpful staff. Conveniently located and clean lobby areas. The property manager cares about her job. Cons: The hallways could be better maintained. The carpet, walls, and decor. Security could be tighter.

      Good apartment, pool furnitures are broken. I would really appreciate if they updated the rooftop pool furnitures. It's considered a luxury apartment but doesn't feel like it. I pay alot to live here but range water seems like they don't want to spend money to do quality work

        The staff is not supported. They always seem mad at something. Maintenance came into my apartment without any notice. Fetch delivery system is uncomfortable. I still don't understand why I have to pay for it. Neighbors are okay, but sometimes I smell the weeds.

          When we first moved in it was a beautiful community. Over the years it has gotten very dirty and run down. The quality of the other tenants isn't the same. It feels like living in a college dorm with loud parties and constant smell of cigarettes and marijuana. The parking lot is dangerous and my car has gotten hit several times.

              Overall, good. Have had some issues with loud music at night and with dogs barking during the day, but nothing too unreasonable. The upkeep of the common areas could be better and there are stains and damage that have remained for too long.

                  The staff is nice. But every thing is broken most of the time. Elevators,gym, pool, gate, garbage disposal, for long periods of time . It is not senior friendly. And which I know management does care. But rent is too high.

                    The apartment is centered around convenience. It's pedestrian friendly. For those who travel, the MARTA station is a plus. The community is surrounded by various attractions such as restaurants, shopping areas, local events, parks that can accommodate single and families, with or without pets. For the young and old individuals that want to live on their own, this community would be an option.

                      At first, life at The Bishop was a mess. Fire Alrms going off at all hours, the hallway carpets were a disgusting mess. They seem to have fixed the alarm situation. The carpets are still disgusting even if cleaned periodically. Told they'd be replaced, no update, no communication. Elevators and Garage Gates break for extended periods, neighbors are loud, sound insulation is poor between floor. Lots of trash and broken glass in the garage area. Nice looking building, decent apartment, great location. New on site manager is great but I just don't believe the company has any intent to live up to their marketing of this building or make it an appealing place to live. I probably will not sign a new lease since there are many new choices coming up locally. I'd prefer to stay but there is literally no incentive. The lack of care in this place is pushing me out the door and I've heard the same from other residents. I literally do not understand how The Bishop plans to remain competitive in this competitive market. Why is it like this?

                        The Bishop apartments are nice. The building is well kept and the units have a great design. Maintenance does a great job of resolving non urgent requests in 24-48hrs However the walls are very thin, some of the floors wreak of weed, and the fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night for no reason.

                          This community has declined in its maintenance and residents they approve. Fire alarms going off ridiculously like never before, trash in the garages, rains more in garage than outside, callbox issues, stupid locks on the inside of doorways to garage and building-seems like a fire hazard bc I've been locked inside of it and had to call them to open, paperwork and necessary documents not properly tracked, incompetent maintenance workers, carpet is trash, Bailey trash doesn't come routinely but we still have to pay for that and the horrible mail service that was forced on us to pay for-lost many of my packages,

                            Pretty quiet community, where you can't exactly hear the neighbors next to you. However, I have had issues with being able to hear EVERY STEP my neighbors upstairs make. I'm unsure if it's just heavy steps or what, but others have had the same complaints of hearing the people above them. Overall the pool is nice. The gym could be a little bigger in the Quarters, with more equipment.

                              Hate living here. Moved into a dirty apartment. Constantly finding dead nats in my fridge and freezer. Mold in my dishwasher even though maintenance has "cleaned" it twice. Neighbors always leaving trash in the halls that smells disgusting. I've seen at least 11 evictions notices on doors since living here which shows the quality of people they allow to rent. Fire alarm always going off in the middle of the night.

                                  I started off having a really great experience living at the Bishop. Then after a while it became a living hell living at this complex. The fire alarm goes off every 2-3 months at 3 in the morning and i'm startled and woken up by it losing sleep during the work week, My apartment has also flooded and maintenance did a crappy job fixing my unit and my unit is no long beautiful. I was given the wrong color touch up paint and now my walls don't match each other. The unit also has something that needs to be fixed every other month. Also, not to mention the hard ward that builds up mold in the shower and I have too deep scrub WEEKLY! I have had the building door attempted to be shut in my face cause a leasing staff member didn't recognize me and thought I was a stranger. I also had cases where I was late on a rate payment due to my bank hanging issues and now and forever I have to wake the hell up and grab a money order. I hate the bishop and I won't be back once my lease is up.

                                      Well maintained inside and out! Maintenance readily available! Paper thin ceiling, hear every movement from floor above:( High quality appliances and amenities, excluding the toilets. Would would love a higher grade toilet. The fire alarm randomly goes off for extended periods of time. Difficult to react the office by phone. We WOULD definitely recommend the Bishop Quarters to other seniors looking to rent. We have been very satisfied with our living conditions for the last 4 plus years!

                                        At first, it felt like home and a true community. After Covid everything went down hill. I am not a fan of moving which is why I have stayed at The Bishop this long. However, the people are awful and don't care about their neighbors or surroundings. It's more of a college dorm than an actual residence. The hygiene is a major problem. Carpets and walls in the hallways are disgusting, people play loud music during "quiet hours" not taking into consideration that others may work, go to school or just want to relax in their home. People keep smoking in the hallways making the fire alarms go off in the middle of the night multiple times a month which is a problem in the event of a real emergency because no one will take it seriously. There is NO PEACE and what's infuriating is the fact that there are no repercussions for those who continue to break the rules.

                                            The apartment complex has gone downhill. The hallways are filthy with trash and stink, the tenants litter throughout the building and garage, non-residents roam freely throughout the pool area/complex, the exterminator does not come regularly which causes pests to flourish and the office is unresponsive to issues.

                                              My experience has been less than average. I've lived in luxury apartments and regular complex's across metro and outer Atlanta over 5 years. This has been the worst by far. Our office staff was only kind while trying to pursuade me to rent here, and since then they have been extremely rude and non responsive. Our security officer is not able to be reached by any resident. Our fire alarm goes off once a week at any hour because people smoke weed in the stairwell's, the fire department takes 30 minutes to get there to turn it off. The neighbors lack of awareness of others or the rules here are beyond obnoxious. I have called police here multiple times due to the parties going on above me. I haven't experienced a complex like this. For apartments this small, and all of these issues, to be paying what I'm paying, is rediculous.

The negatives would be constant fire alarms, fetch delivery is terrible, and I feel like the management could do more to keep community safer and cleaner.
