Since the transition , staff does not have a solution to any issues , just we are working on it . Trash from recycle bin overflows into the street , Valet trash not picked up , dog poop not being picked up by residence , parking in grass, residence park in handicap Spots , pool pump broke and ran out of chlorine , can’t currently use pool , gate passes not working , grills and pool area filthy . Only 1 maintenance guy on staff since transition 2 weeks ago , regular office staff not available, no one can provide answers about water bill . How can a company take over and not have in place a full staff and maintenance CREW, vendors that are utilized and how the amenities and grounds are going to be kept up ?
