I've been here five or six years and it has steadily gone down hill, most recently from 2014 to late 2016. I'll break it down from lighting to landscape to pool and all else.
Top priority... lighting at night. Terrible. Half the time the lights don't work. The manager told me they replace the photosensitive thing but they keep going bad. I asked about replacing entire thing and she said they can't due to utilities in area. They can replace anything if the electricity
is already at the pole!
I'm in my fifth going on sixth year; no offer to clean or replace carpet that was worn when I moved in, on weekends the water tends to shut off with no notice, mainly in the evening. So if you come home from working outside in sweat and dirt, the water is probably off. Water pressure is low when it is on. They are good at fixing items around the apartment.
Bug control. They went from monthly to once a quarter. Which either means they are lacking or using a more powerful insecticide. Not sure it is working as my cats find cockroaches quite a bit. But the decrease in control is noticeable.
The grounds. They have some landscape, no grass. The only grass is the weeds that are growing at whichever time of year. I can name them all. They let animals poop all over then put notices on everyone door of dog poop. Then continue to do nothing.
It's not the best place. Moving is tough and costs money but I call it home for the short time.
