Although our goal is to never disrupt the enjoyment of your home, from time to time, we do have emergencies that require the water to be temporarily shut off. We will always do our best to communicate disruptions in water service and planned maintenance projects. Please ensure that we have the best contact information for reaching you. I think you will be happy to know that we have put together a preventative pest control program! This will not change our Monday service by request but will add to the availability of pest control. When put in a work order in the maintenance crew gets right on it. The leasing office crew are very helpful in making sure that your needs are met. The grounds are always in good condition and the fitness area is great since the changes.

I am disappointed to hear that you are not enjoying your living experience with us. I want to assure you that we want you to be happy with the quality of your apartment and the level of service that our office team provides. Our maintenance team works diligently to keep our community looking pristine and the compactor clean and clear as we know it can be frustrating to come home and see litter. The entry gate has been programed to open at 9:00 am during the weekday to allow for regular community activity, buses, and delivery companies to come in and out but it closes at 5:00 pm and I have not received any reports of it not operating correctly. However, I am happy to have my team look into the concern further. If you are having any problems with noise from your neighbors, please call the leasing office and we will address it immediately. I encourage you to stop by the office at your convenience and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.

Luz, We are always striving to improve and we are confident that 23 Thirty Cobb is a fantastic community for anyone who is hoping to move to this area. You mentioned your frustrations about the HVAC unit upon vacating the apartment and my team and I are sorry that we didn't have knowledge of the issue prior to your move-out as you being comfortable in your home is the most important thing to us. We are a pet friendly community and we are thrilled to have recently added our dog park. We offer pet waste clean-up stations at 3 different locations throughout the community including the dog park. These stations are checked by our groundskeeper on a daily basis. In addition to the dog park, we have completely renovated our gym which now offers 24 hour access, coded entry, and two floors with new cardio machines, free weights, and a full body weight machine. If you should ever decide that it makes sense for you to rent at 23 Thirty Cobb again, your apartment will not only be renovated to include new appliances but you will also notice that all of our exterior lights are in the process of being upgraded by GA Power to an energy efficient LED lighting system that will really brighten the whole place up! We do love the addition of our gate and have recently programmed it to remain open during office hours for deliveries, school buses, and the mail carrier. I am not aware of any maintenance problems but will be sure to keep an eye on that. Recently, our company started sending satisfaction surveys to each of our valued residents after our maintenance team performs a service request so we can follow up with each and every resident. We have found it to be an incredible tool to help ensure service orders are completed correctly. We appreciate the opportunity to improve and wish you the absolute best of luck in the future.
