You will wholeheartedly regret moving here! 1. They have a pet park but do not provide pet waste baggies. 2. They take forever to throw pet waste away. It sits there and smells the place for months. 3. Lights at tennis court and pet park dont work. 4. Front gate is always broken. 5. Management is very combative and never take responsibility. They also use the excuse that they are new management for everything. 6. Maintenance does not fix anything correctly. 7. Roach galore 8. Pool is never open. 4th of july, pool closed! 9. They have a jacuzzi by the pool, sounds great right? but i kid you not, it has been getting fixed my entire year lease. 10. Gym is a waste. 11.They are called 23 thirty cobb for all the cobb webbs they have at every crevice that is this run down, expensive, underwhelming apartment complex. 12. I've had leaking in the kitchen and in the bathroom from who knows what 13. The dishwashers are old and settle unclean water when not in use. Listen, i do not write bad reviews ever BUT this place really needs improvement and a another new set of management. We, the consumers are the only people that can bring change.

    Luz, We are always striving to improve and we are confident that 23 Thirty Cobb is a fantastic community for anyone who is hoping to move to this area. You mentioned your frustrations about the HVAC unit upon vacating the apartment and my team and I are sorry that we didn't have knowledge of the issue prior to your move-out as you being comfortable in your home is the most important thing to us. We are a pet friendly community and we are thrilled to have recently added our dog park. We offer pet waste clean-up stations at 3 different locations throughout the community including the dog park. These stations are checked by our groundskeeper on a daily basis. In addition to the dog park, we have completely renovated our gym which now offers 24 hour access, coded entry, and two floors with new cardio machines, free weights, and a full body weight machine. If you should ever decide that it makes sense for you to rent at 23 Thirty Cobb again, your apartment will not only be renovated to include new appliances but you will also notice that all of our exterior lights are in the process of being upgraded by GA Power to an energy efficient LED lighting system that will really brighten the whole place up! We do love the addition of our gate and have recently programmed it to remain open during office hours for deliveries, school buses, and the mail carrier. I am not aware of any maintenance problems but will be sure to keep an eye on that. Recently, our company started sending satisfaction surveys to each of our valued residents after our maintenance team performs a service request so we can follow up with each and every resident. We have found it to be an incredible tool to help ensure service orders are completed correctly. We appreciate the opportunity to improve and wish you the absolute best of luck in the future.
