Dear Resident, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback and for being a resident of The Atlantic Vinings. I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the extra fees. These fees, water, sewer, trash, pest control, common area, utility billing fees and property loss limited benefits are common fees amongst our competitors and the apartment industry at large. These fees were noted as part of your initial quote and your welcome letter. I would be happy to discuss them in more details if you would like. Our gates have actually worked great overall for the past several months however when they malfunction, we contact our outside contractor for repair. Unfortunately, many people do not use the gates as they are designed. It sounds to me that you were offered an alternative while your washing machine was not working. We understand how much of an inconvenience this is. It is our goal to offer excellent service to our resident. In the early stages of the pandemic, we were completing emergency requests only in an effort to protect you, your family and our staff. We have since resumed completing all request based on when they were received. There are certain decision that require senior management which is the only time that be our response. This is by far no excuse as to things that have definitely changed over the last several months due to the pandemic. We were unable to complete work orders unless they were considered an emergency for the safety or our team and our residents. I would love to discuss what work orders are still not completed. We are still limited by our staff in the office at this time. Unfortunately, we are unable to answer every call at this time but we do check messages and respond within 24 hours. Are you having a specific problem with them? Pest control is available to you every Monday by request. During the pandemic, we've had a reduced daily office staff. This decision was made in an effort to reduce the Covid-19 spread. We hope to resume a full staff soon.
