Okay... now that I'm finished reading the complaints of many residents and ex-residents...let me be real for those actively searching for an apartment home. I've lived in Worthing Crest since 8/2000 and the place has seen good and bad days like every other business. Yes, I agree that management could be better... but know that management has been changed at least 4-5 times. There is a learning curve which must be understood by all residents. And, for those of you complaining about the condition of your apartment... damn, isn't it partly your fault as well. Did you not do a walkthrough inspection or smell anything out of the ordinary? Also, those of you coming back to the same place that you hate is just plain STUPID! Everyone has a choice... MOVE! The place is not that bad. The location is wonderful... close to Kennesaw, Marietta, Atlanta, and surrounding areas. Where else in Atlanta can you get access to 3 major highways in less than 5-10 minutes. The apartments are huge and very reasonable for the price compared to others in the same area. The complex has numerous activities such as a basketball court, swimming, volleyball, computer room, and tennis courts. Now, don't get me wrong, there are issues that may be unenjoyable to some like being a pet-friendly community and speed breakers but are these really going to be deciding factors in your quest for an apartment community. I completely understand about the gate, though. It is always either broke or inoperable. But, is that management's fault. Dumbasses will break anything. Renters let's be real! Wouldn't you want to be given a chance by potential buyers if you started a company?

If anyone care to respond to my message... Bring it.
