I cannot wait until my lease is up! I've live here for years. After the new management started, everything went downhill. ------- is a property manager here and she knows little to nothing about her property, so sad! She makes -----, the assistant try to run the property and she doesn't know what she's doing either. Their customer service is awful. The only person that seems to care is ---, the leasing consultant. For the property to look nice, you would think that you'll get exceptional customer service but that isn't the case. They aren't professional people working at such a beautiful community. It makes you not want to live here to be treated like you aren't a paying resident when you walk into the office to make a complaint about crime. Beware, when you first walk in, you may get a friendly welcome. However, once you sign your lease and take possession over the apartment, they have no care for you afterwards. Besides the management and their awful customer service, this community have a MAJOR ant problem along with crime during the summer.
