With the constant change in management, my maintanence request have gone unresolved for over a year. Management is quick to charge you to downgrade for late fees, but the sure take their time on fixing things. My celing leaks, the floor boards are weak, the vinyl in the bathroom is coming up, the spray paint on the counters is fading, the tub is rusting, the shower head cover is loose... on and on.. get my point. Don't do it. I was promised my issues would be resolved if I renewed and that has yet to happen.
